Role Overview
We're looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing Expert who can elevate our online presence, drive qualified luxury leads, and tell our brand story with elegance and impact. You’ll own our digital ecosystem — from our website and SEO to high-impact social media campaigns and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Brand Positioning
Develop and execute a digital marketing roadmap aligned with business objectives and luxury positioning.
Create high-conversion funnels to generate leads from UHNWIs and NRI segments.
Own brand messaging across digital touchpoints: website, social media, email, and paid ads.
Social Media Marketing
Curate and manage visually stunning Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube accounts.
Plan and execute daily posts, stories, reels, and luxury showcase campaigns.
Monitor analytics, engagement metrics, and constantly optimize performance.
Website & SEO
Work with developers/designers to keep the website dynamic, SEO-optimized, and reflective of our luxury tone.
Regularly update property listings, blogs, and visual assets.
Performance & Paid Marketing
Run Meta, Google Ads, and other PPC campaigns to generate verified leads.
A/B test landing pages, ad creatives, and CTAs for better ROI.
Track KPIs like CPL, ROAS, bounce rate, and MQL to SQL conversion.
Content Creation & Campaigns
Collaborate with creative teams to ideate brand campaigns, storytelling reels, and high-end property showcases.
Manage monthly content calendars, festival campaigns, and influencer tie-ups if needed.
Automation & Tools
Implement marketing automation tools (CRM, WhatsApp API, Chatbots) to streamline lead nurturing.
Explore AI tools for video editing, captioning, and lead scoring.
Ideal Candidate Profile
2–5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in real estate, hospitality, or luxury sectors.
Strong command over performance marketing (Meta + Google), content strategy, and creative thinking.
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and basic automation tools.
Deep understanding of premium clientele behavior and luxury marketing tone.
A self-starter, disciplined, and performance-driven individual who can work independently.
